The stockholders are Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation owns 75% of the shares and Bristow group incorporation owns 25%. The company (IATA member) provides air service transportation inside and outside Egypt using helicopters and fixed wing aircraft in the field of the services required for petroleum and mineral resources companies and any other economical entities.
